or yourself

You’re looking for therapy
You’re looking for a quick fix.

What to Expect
At a glance: A weekly meeting personally facilitated by me, Brian.
We (you, me and a small group) meet on Zoom for 90 minutes. Every week. For three months.
The groups are small, no more than eight, they are intimate, and confidential
Who The Meetings Are For?
People who are facing a challenge.
People who are stuck
People who need help taking the next step.
People who want to help others (which, in turn, helps themselves).
What happens at these meetings?
Each week, a different person will take the hot seat. It’s not as scary as it sounds; in fact, you will absolutely love it.
Together, as a group, we deep-dive into the struggles each of us is facing and what’s standing in our way. We talk. We listen. We offer tools.
Together, we find a way forward. Together.
Initial Commitment: Three months. 12 meetings. 90 minutes per meeting. Enough time to get to know you really well. To help you through to the other side.
To take the tools you have in life and remind you how to use them.
How to Join: Look at the times and decide if Group A or Group B is for you. Click the link that says “tell me more” or “register interest”.
Fill in the short questionnaire, and press send. I will read it and get back to you via email.

About Brian Deacle
Who Is Brian?
I was tempted to make a Monty Python joke, but I’ll save that for when we meet in person. For now, hello, I’m Brian…
I’m a 63-year-old husband, father, and tradesman who’s been a plumber, cafe owner, builder, project manager, YouTuber, and podcaster.
I moved my family from the UK to New Zealand, started and sold businesses, built a house on impossible land, and held my wife’s hand through the most devastating grief.
Throughout my life, I’ve learned that mental strength isn’t about being tough; it’s about staying steady.
I’m not a therapist or a guru, but I’ve been through enough to know that you don’t have to struggle alone.
And now, I want to share that wisdom with you.
There’s always a way through, but the way is much easier when you have someone to hand you the tools.
You don’t have to walk alone.
I look forward to getting to know you and hopefully being that person for you.
Brian

Let’s Get You Through This
What people are saying…
(A few of the kind & humbling emails and comments I have been lucky enough to receive)
Just wanted to take a minute (in true kiwi fashion) to let you know how amazing you are and how much your podcasts, videos and community have helped us in our big move.
You helped to take away that overwhelming fear of the unknown and made it feel so much less daunting when we got here. We would never have done this without you and this community.
Anyways, just wanted to say we are super grateful and please, please keep up the good work
Brian, your openness and strength in listening and sharing what you and Liz are going through makes me feel compelled to say something.
How strong you are. I don’t know if you feel that to be true, but that is what I see – creating this community and supporting hundreds of people to do something big and scary – a whole community who you support in finding their happiness, even through their doubts and anxieties.
That is such an incredible and generous gift. Please know there are people out here that are infinitely thankful for it.
First off, I thank you, Brian for your vulnerability and honesty in sharing the decision-making process. We all have these agonizing life decisions, and it’s so helpful to see how another talks through and processes it. You have such a rare gift. To listen quietly and speak with wisdom. Thank you. Thank you! x
I am so grateful for you and to you. Yes. YOU.
You have helped me navigate the process and culture of leaving the states, plunging into the deep end and making an intentional commitment to migrate.
I just wanted to write and let you know what a positive and encouraging effect and affect you have had on someone from Peoria, IL. The way you show up in this world has made a difference in the trajectory of my life and my family!
My Commitment to You
Still can’t decide? I understand, it’s a big investment.
Here’s my Commitment to You
I’m a tradie. I’ve spent my life fixing things: pipes, houses, businesses, relationships.
And I’ve learned that you can’t fix what you don’t understand.
So here’s my commitment to you:
I will understand you.
Not just your problem. You. Who you are. What you’ve been through. What you bring with life.
I will create a safe space.
A place where you can be honest without judgment. A place where you can talk and be heard. A place where you’ll find answers. A place where you will offer answers. A place like home.
I will hold you accountable.
Gently, kindly and honestly. Because change can’t happen without someone who cares enough to give you a nudge forward.
And I will not give up on you.
Not ever. And neither will those around you in this very special group.
That’s not just a promise. That’s who I am. We’ll get you through this.
Together we’ll get you through.
Brian
