Today we talk about being in the middle of nowhere with three young adults, language barriers, why Liz is walking to relax and get fit, and the ‘new trend’ (even though it’s probably years old and we’re just behind the times), gym etiquette, where posing and grunting is just NOT acceptable…
Pity.
Once you turn fifty, you’ll take any grunt that’s offered…
