Around the world, there are loads of places which are well-known for their abundance of weird and wonderful animals. Countries which will make birdwatchers cry with joy, islands which can leave a naturalist begging for more, and a whole host of other types of location to peak your imagination all exist on this beautiful blue marble.

To help you to find some of the very best of them, this post will be exploring three of the greatest vacation locations for anyone with a passion for all things wild. With them in your itinerary, you should be ready to set off on your wildlife world tour.

Australia:

Everyone knows the land of Aus for its range of creepy crawlies, venomous reptiles, and strange mammals which roam the lands.

On this Island, you will have the chance to see a huge range of creatures, often only having to step out of your back door to catch a glimpse of something native to the area. With options like Phillip Island Penguins, though, you could have the chance to see more than you bargained for. Thanks to its size and climates, this part of the world is home to animals which you might never expect.

This makes it a great place to start if your aim is to see as much as possible. Along with this, it also has some of the best terrains available for the job, too.

Indonesia:

While it is very close to Australia, the options available on the Island group of Indonesia still hold their own unique charm.

Home of the mighty Komodo dragon, most people will have a reason to travel to this part of Asia, even if they aren’t interested in the volcanos and other natural landmarks which also come with it. You will also find turtles, manta rays, and even parrots while on a trip to one of the many Islands which make up this country.

Along the way, you may even get the chance to stop off at one of the many crater lakes, many of which are brightly coloured, making them true natural spectacles.

The UK:

When a lot of people think about the UK’s wildlife, their minds will jump to things like large trees, sprawling gardens, and other plant-based attractions. In reality, though, this small set of Islands is home to a huge range of animals, too.

You will find deer and badgers in the woods, owls and bats in the night sky, and may even see a fox or a hedgehog while you’re spending time in one of its many cities. While there aren’t many creatures which won’t be found elsewhere, it is also rare that you will find them all in the same place. This makes it a great location for anyone travelling for a glimpse at nature.

With all of this in mind, you should be ready to start your journey to see as many of mother nature’s offerings as possible.

This is a collaboration post.
