When we arrived on this Greek island six weeks ago, Brian was a little broken. Both physically and mentally.
He couldn’t even lift a coffee cup.
An injury that started in Canada took his strength and confidence, leaving him in quite a dark place. Today, we want to share a few changes we’ve implemented that have made a huge difference to both our mental and physical health.
