8 Strange Laws in New Zealand (That make PERFECT sense) To Us.

8 Strange Laws in New Zealand (That make PERFECT sense) To Us.

It’s true. There are some strange laws in New Zealand.

But not nearly as strange as some of those found in other countries. Take Mexico for example, it is illegal to kiss on the street in Guanajuato, while in the USA it is against the law to sell Kinder Eggs at the grocery store!

If you are moving to New Zealand or plan to travel to New Zealand when the borders open, then you are going to LOVE this show. You will discover three weird laws that have been passed in New Zealand and then learn about five more laws that Brian and I are considering taking to Jacinda for consideration.

To make Aotearoa much more fun…

7 Things You WON’T Miss When You Move To New Zealand

If you are thinking of moving to New Zealand from the UK (or elsewhere for that matter) and are concerned about a few things you may miss, you are going to really LOVE this show!

Last week, Brian and went on holiday.

We stayed in a suburb of Dunedin called Port Chalmers. We loved it. Not only were we are away from the kids that never stop eating and the lawn that never stops growing, but we were able to explore one of the most beautiful parts of New Zealand.

It was during this time in the South Island, that we realised there were some things, things that we’d been longing for these past twelve years, were right here under our noses. Imagine that.

Ready to find out what they are? Let’s go!

2021 What a Year… Behind The Scenes With Liz & Brian

2021 What a Year… Behind The Scenes With Liz & Brian

This is the last podcast of the year and we wanted to make it personal. So here we are! Behind the Scenes. In the bedroom.

To be honest, we could have made this podcast very easy. We could have just sat there and said thank you over and over again. That would have summed up our feelings for you right now. But because we like to natter over cherries we also go into the things that scared us the most this year, how we tackled them and where we are now.

Wherever you are in the world Brian and I would like to take this opportunity to thank you. So very, very much. Without you, we wouldn’t keep going. You are a star. You are amazing.

All love

Liz and Bri xx

Living in Taranaki, New Zealand. 8 (Brutally Honest) Pros & Cons

In 2017, Taranaki, New Zealand was voted by The Lonely Planet as being the 2nd best region in the world to visit.

Wow. That’s a pretty big label—a lot to live up to.

My family and I have lived in New Plymouth, Taranaki, New Zealand, for fourteen years. We now consider ourselves Naki locals. As you can imagine,  New Zealand has a lot of pros and cons, and Taranaki is no different.

Join Brian and I talk as we talk about what Taranaki is REALLY like,

Enjoy!
