Bye-Bye 50’s

Bye-Bye 50’s

Guess what day it is tomorrow?? Go on. Have a guess.

It’s Bri’s birthday. That’s right; tomorrow is Bri’s big SIX-O!

And what better way to celebrate the end of one’s sixth decade than by making a podcast with and for those you love the most?!

In this week’s episode, Brian reveals:

The most memorable part of the decade

The most challenging part of the decade

The changes he has experienced, both physically and mentally (and shares how he can help others) between 50 and 60

Being a father to his now adult kids. What he would have done differently, and advice he has for other parents with kids of similar ages.

Sit back, relax and join us on this week’s podcast for conversations on growing older, wiser, and more adventurous.

Was it Even Worth it? Cost of a Weekend in Wellington, NZ

Liz and Brian are back from their four-day long weekend in Wellington, New Zealand, where they spent three nights housesitting and spending time with their daughter.

In this week’s show, they share the exact cost of what four days and three nights away set them back and discuss whether or not it was all worth it…

Sit back, relax and enjoy as we take you on a whirlwind weekend in New Zealand’s capital city and give you plenty of truths and giggles along the way!

Escaping to Wellington. But at what cost?

Escaping to Wellington. But at what cost?

Brian and Liz are knackered. Whacked. They need a weekend away. Escape for a few days.

The trouble is, accommodation in New Zealand is not cheap…in fact, it’s costly. And there’s no way they can sleep on their daughter’s couch. Not with those drafty windows…

So what do Liz and Bri do when they want to travel and pay nothing?? They turn to what they love the most: Housesitting!

While to is true that there are pros and cons to housesitting, it is without a doubt how we afford to travel the world.

Sit back, relax and join us on this week’s podcast for conversations on holidaying in Wellington, food, wine, and the ongoing pursuit to make multiple streams of money online.
